On Saturday, October 28, 2023, students and faculty members of MIU participated in the 2023 Miyazaki Jingu Grand Festival procession.
Wearing national flags and colorful traditional costumes,they paraded from Miyazaki Jingu Shrine, the starting point of the outward journey, to Segashira Otabisho, the goal, over a period of about three hours, adding color to the road to Hyuga.
They shouted “We are Miyazaki International University students and faculty!” and wearing happi coats with MIU name on them, they played a role in promoting MIU.
