海外渡航の禁止について

　新型コロナウィルス感染者数は減少しているものの、依然として油断を許せない状況です。第２波・第３波の襲来も考えられることから、引き続き警戒が必要です。

　学生の皆さんは夏季休業中、旅行の計画を立てている人もいると思います。中には、海外渡航を計画している人もいるかもしれません。現状を冷静に判断すると、今の段階で海外渡航をするのことは賢明ではないと思います。もし、出国できても、入国（帰国）できる保証はありません。仮に、入国（帰国）できても、指定宿泊施設での２週間程度の経過観察を強いられるはずです。また、外国人留学生については、出国できたとしても、日本への再入国は当面の間拒否されます。（法務省「新型コロナウィルス拡大防止に係る上陸について」http://www.moj.go.jp/hisho/kouhou/hisho06_00099.html）

　これらのことを鑑み、本学の方針として、海外渡航を禁止します。

　後期、円滑に対面授業が行えるよう、皆さんのご理解とご協力をお願いします。

해외 도항(해외 여행) 금지에 관하여

 신형 코로나 바이러스 감염자 수는 감소하고 있지만 여전히 방심할 수 없는 상황입니다. 제2파·제3파의 올 수도 있기 때문에 계속 경계가 필요합니다.

 학생 여러분은 여름 방학 중에 여행 계획을 세우는 사람도 있을 것입니다. 그중에는 해외 도항(해외 여행)을 계획하고 있는 사람도 있을 지도 모릅니다. 현 상황을 냉정하게 판단하면 지금 단계에서 해외 도항(해외 여행)을 하는 것은 현명하지 않다고 생각합니다. 만약, 출국할 수 있어도 입국(귀국)할 수 있다는 보장은 없습니다. 만일, 입국(귀국)할 수 있어도, 지정 숙박시설에서의 2주간 정도의 경과 관찰을 강요당할 것입니다. 또한 외국인 유학생은 출국할 수 있었다고 해도, 일본으로의 재입국은 당분간 현재로서는 거부됩니다.（법무성「신형 코로나 바이러스 확산방지에 관한 상륙에 대해」http://www.moj.go.jp/hisho/kouhou/hisho06_00099.html）

이러한 상황을 감안하여 본교의 방침으로서 해외 도항(해외 여행)을 금지합니다.

2학기 원활한 대면 수업을 진행하기 위해 여러분의 이해와 협조를 부탁드립니다.

Prohibition of International Travel

Although the number of people infected with the new coronavirus is declining, we still cannot afford to let our guards down. It is still possible that we will be visited by a second and third wave of the virus, so continued caution is required.

Some students are planning to travel during the summer holidays. Some may even be planning to go abroad. Considering the current situation, is unwise to travel abroad at this point in time. Even if you can leave Japan, there is no guarantee that you will be able to re-enter (return to) the Japan. Even if you can enter (return) to Japan, you will likely be required to undergo self-observation at a designated accommodation facility for about two weeks.

International students, in particular, should keep in mind that even if you are able to leave Japan, re-entry into Japan is being denied for the time being. In view of the concerns above, it is the policy of the College to prohibit international travel.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we can conduct face-to-face lessons smoothly in the fall semester.
