コロナ感染による公欠の扱い等についてのお願い
厚生労働省から、「各機関や事務所は、コロナ感染者に陽性証明書の提出を求めないように」との通達がありました。これにより、本学でも、コロナ感染での公欠扱い等において、PCRや抗原検査による陽性証明書の提出を求めないことといたしました。
しかし、本学ではコロナ感染での公欠等の承認は、「宮崎県陽性者登録センター」に陽性の登録（65歳未満）をした者に限ります。 登録しなかった者は、陽性者としての公欠等の扱いはできませんので、注意してください。
なお、これまで同様に、発熱やのどの痛みなど風邪の症状が出た方は、大学に来ることはできません。必ず、コロナ感染の有無を病院もしくは検査キット等で確認してください。また、虚偽の公欠（陰性なのに陽性と主張）や虚偽の出席（陽性を隠して授業に参加）した場合には、学部長等との協議の上、何らかの処置があることを申し添えます。

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,
Requests regarding excused absences due to COVID-19 infection
It has been notified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare that institutions and business establishments should not ask employees infected with COVID-19 to submit evidence for testing positive. Therefore, Miyazaki International College (MIC) has made a decision not to request evidence for testing positive in PCR or antigen test when students request excused absences due to COVID-19 infection.
However, MIC only approves excused absence due to COVID-19 infection if the infected registers with the Miyazaki Prefectural Positive Person Registration Center (for those aged under 65 years old).
Please note that unless registration is confirmed, MIC will not approve excused absences for testing positive.
Should you have symptoms of a cold including fever or sore throat, you are not allowed to come to campus as we have informed you previously. You must have a test at the hospital or by using a testing kit to find out whether you are infected.
Please be reminded that false claims for excused absence and class attendance while concealing testing positive for COVID-19 shall result in some form of action after consultation with the Deans and other relevant members.

宮崎県陽性者登録センターへの登録について
一昨日に発信したコロナ感染に関する補足説明です。
もし、発熱などで検査が必要な場合には３つの手段があります。
また、その場合の陽性者登録センターへの登録の要・不要についてです。
１．病院や他の医療機関での検査で陽性になった場合
病院からチラシ（Web情報など）が渡されますので、そこにある指示に従ってください。
なお、自身で陽性者登録センターに登録する必要はありません。医療機関で登録は行います。
２．登録センターに検査キットの配布を申請し、そのキットで陽性になった場合
自身で陽性者登録センターに登録してください。
３．無料検査あるいは自費購入キット（但し研究用ではなく医療・薬事承認キットのみ適応）で陽性になった場合
自身で陽性者登録センターに登録してください。

Registration with the Miyazaki Prefectural Positive Person Registration Center（宮崎県養成者登録センター）
This is supplementary information regarding the e-mail sent out on Tuesday, 29th November.
Should you have symptoms such as fever and require to have a test, there are three options.
Also indicated below is whether you need to register with the Miyazaki Prefectural Positive Person Registration Center in each of the cases.
1. If you took a test at a hospital or medical clinic and tested positive
You will be given a leaflet with information on the web, etc. You are to follow instructions given on the leaflet.
→It is not necessary for you to register with the Miyazaki Prefectural Positive Person Registration Center. The hospital or clinic
will take care of it.
2. If you contacted the Miyazaki Prefectural Positive Person Registration Center and received a testing kit, and tested positive
→You need to make registration with the Miyazaki Prefectural Positive Person Registration Center yourself.
3. If you took a test at one of the free testing sites or bought a testing kit (kit must be medical or regulatory approved,
not those for research purposes) yourself and tested positive
→You need to make registration with the Miyazaki Prefectural Positive Person Registration Center yourself.
