WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a group-based approach focused on co-learning tools for self-care.
WRAP is a simple and powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want.
The WRAP process supports you in identifying the tools that help you stay well and in creating action plans to put them into practice in your everyday life.
Along the way, WRAP helps you incorporate key health concepts and wellness tools into your plans and life.
Please note that this workshop is based on COPELAND CENTER TRAINING. This workshop is NOT AHP Level 1 training.
